My days will involve;

  • supporting a customer service orientated culture by imbedding an attitude to ‘own it and sort it’
  • performing a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the Operations Team (this includes our amazing Community Managers, Community Administrators, Area Managers, the Wellness team and our Head of Community Operations)
  • reviewing and developing processes, procedures, policies and documents applicable to the Operations team
  • ensuring the applicable information is available and up to date on our intranet (Microsoft SharePoint)
  • building and developing strong relationships with the Lifestyle Communities team and external stakeholders
  • assisting with community, wellness and company events and functions

 

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • previous experience in an administration role preferably in a similar environment (retirement, resort, hotel or hospitality)
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong understanding of the Adobe InDesign program (essential)
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the best outcomes for our team and homeowners
  • a humble and empathetic personality with a genuine desire to show kindness and understanding to our homeowners
  • RMS and CRM knowledge, an advantage but not compulsory as training is provided
  • you must hold a current full drivers’ licence
